Providers can engage with CNSWFL and our case management organizations by applying to become a member of our provider network or by responding to a competitive solicitation.
Competitive Solicitations
Open Requests for Proposals and Invitations to Negotiate are listed below. Successful respondents will work with Children’s Network of Southwest Florida (CNSWFL) to execute a contract for the agreed-upon activity. In making selections, CNSWFL shall follow a philosophy of fair, practical, open, and free competition to meet the best interests of the organization and the clients to be served.
ITN2023-01 — Case Management Services for Circuit 20
The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate is to re-procure a Case Management Organization (CMO) contract in accordance with CNSWFL’ s DCF contract QJ016. DCF Contract QJ016 requires CNSWFL to “re-procure all CMO and Full Case Management Agency contracts by competitive procurement within 24 months of the effective date of this.” The contract this is being re-procured by this ITN is currently held by Lutheran Services Florida Inc. (LSF). LSF currently provides case management, placement, foster parent recruitment, licensing, and support in Lee County. CNSWFL also provides case management and placement to specific populations as well as foster home recruitment, licensing, and support in Lee County. CNSWFL seeks a provider with expertise in the delivery of child welfare services who are accredited and have demonstrated an ability to improve outcomes for the children and families they have served.
ITN 2023-02 To Provide CENTRALIZED PLACEMENT SERVICES CIRCUIT 20- LEE, CHARLOTTE, COLLIER, HENDRY, AND GLADES COUNTIES for Fiscal Year 2024/2025
The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate is to contract with one agency to provide Centralized Placement services in Circuit 20. The geographical area encompasses Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, and Glades Counties. CNSWFL seeks a provider with expertise in the delivery of placement services who is accredited, has, or can obtain a Child Placing License and has demonstrated an ability to improve outcomes for the children and families served.
ITN 2023-03 TO PROVIDE FOSTER HOME RECRUITMENT, LICENSING AND SUPPORT FY 2024 -2025
CIRCUIT 20- LEE, CHARLOTTE, COLLIER, HENDRY, AND GLADES COUNTIES
The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate is to re-procure 2 Foster Home Recruitment, Licensing and Support contracts in accordance with CNSWFL’ s DCF contract QJ016. The contracts that are being re-procured by this ITN are currently held by 4 Kids and One More Child, who currently provide foster home recruitment, licensing, and support in Circuit 20 and are both eligible to respond to this ITN. CNSWFL seeks providers with expertise in the delivery of these services who are accredited and have demonstrated an ability to improve outcomes for the children and families they have served.
ITN 2023-004 — TO PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES CIRCUIT 20: COLLIER, HENDRY, GLADES AND CHARLOTTE COUNTIES
The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate is to re-procure a Case Management Organization (CMO) contract in accordance with CNSWFL’ s DCF contract QJ016. DCF Contract QJ016 requires CNSWFL to “re-procure all CMO and Full Case Management Agency contracts by competitive procurement within 24 months of the effective date of this contract.” The contracts being re-procured by this ITN is currently held by Camelot Community Care, Inc. At this time this agency provides case management, placement, foster parent recruitment, licensing, and support in Collier, Hendry, Glades, and Charlotte Counties, currently through 2 contracts. Camelot Community Care is eligible to response to this procurement. Through this ITN, CNSWFL is procuring 1 contract to include all 4 counties. CNSWFL seeks a provider with expertise in the delivery of child welfare services who are accredited and have demonstrated an ability to improve outcomes for the children and families they have served.
