I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to express my gratitude to you and your team, specifically to Josue and Mario. Mario changed the lightbulb I had submitted a ticket from and came basically the next day. Josue assisted Angela in adding/creating groups needed to send certain emails for ITR purposes. They may be little things, but it makes a huge difference to me and I am very grateful. Kudos to them 😊
